Horrible Sales Service About a month ago, I inquired about a vehicle that was less than MSRP. I wasn't ready to purchase because I was doing my research and it wasn't until About a month ago, I inquired about a vehicle that was less than MSRP. I wasn't ready to purchase because I was doing my research and it wasn't until recently that I wanted to proceed with purchasing a Honda vehicle. When I went through TrueCar to check on the price of the car, it went up about $5000 above sticker price. When I tired to call about why this was the case, the initial person I spoke with gave me some story about how the car is a limited edition (which is not). She then put with someone else (I think he was a sales manager) that spoke with me as if I was bothering him. As if that is not your just to answer question. He then proceeded to tell me that markup is the price the car is going for today and that I would not find it any less than that (which of course, is a lie and I did manage to find it for less than MSRP). I told him that I did my homework and that if he was going to give me this talk as if I knew nothing about the car, then our conversation is over. He then proceeded to end the call. What compelled me to make this review that even after all that, they still keep calling me if I'm interested in the car. This leads to believe either they don't keep a record of who they are calling (even after I told him I did not want to do business with them) or they just don't simply care and want your money. Regardless, Greenwich Honda's level of customer service is lacking and in need of improvement. Unfortunately, the action of two individuals reflect them whole as a company. More
