Elvis Kocan, who was my initial contact, was ill, so I was handed over to Ray-Anthony Haynes, a delightful young man who spent a lot of time explaining the car, taking me for a test drive and answering all my questions. When I picked up my car, the registration (from New York) was not ready, so they gave me dealer plates to use until my registration was completed. When I picked up my new plates, I was surprised to be informed that what I had paid was more than $60 less than what it had cost, and at first they wanted me to pay the difference. But a brief discussion with sales manager John Strazza quickly resolved the problem, and I was off in my new car without having to pay anything more. I found the sales staff to be most friendly and helpful, a real team effort. I am very pleased with my purchase experience at Greenwich Honda. More

We needed extra fix up we noticed after we bought the car and he and his great service center rep, Joe, went out of their way to accommodate us and get it done right after a glitch in the process. We live in Westport but came to Greenwich because Westport was too aggressive and turned us off whereas the treatment at Greenwich is worth the going the extra distance. We love this car and have highly recommended this dealership and car to our friends and will continue to do so! We also have a BMW X-5 but really love the Honda! Great experience all around - Thanks!
