My wife and I had been looking for a compact SUV for a couple of months. We had been to close to 10 different dealerships for 7 different manufacturers. This was our second Honda dealer. From the time couple of months. We had been to close to 10 different dealerships for 7 different manufacturers. This was our second Honda dealer. From the time I walked in close to closing on a Wed night, I was greeted warmly and felt welcomed but not smothered. I was engaged in what felt like a conversation not a sale pitch. The associate was engaging without being pushy. I felt she genuinely wanted to help me find the right car for us, not sell me what she thought we should have. That was not our experience at a number of other dealerships. I was alone on Wed and test drove the model CR-V that had the features my wife wanted, I brought her back on Thursday where she met our salesperson and we went for a second test drive. At no time did we feel any pressure to buy that day or anything. Now, we were aware that there was only one available vehicle on the lot that had the right combination of colors and features. We decided to buy the car Thursday night after discussing the price with the General Sales Manager and our sales associate met us on Friday afternoon (on her day off) to complete the sale and deliver us the car. To a person, the sales associate, Sales Manager and finance manager were personable and committed to ensuring my wife and I were happy with the car and the deal. We both appreciated it. More
