Old to New Lease My 2016 Accord was a few months from coming off lease. This was the first vehicle that I had ever leased. My car was in great shape, with very low milage but I was still a bit apprehensive about the turn in process. I was happy with the Accord and wanted a new one. I'm also a CRV owner. A few months prior to the end of my lease, I received a call from Delivery Coordinator Jeremy Brooks who informed me of Honda's Pull Ahead Program which allows you to terminate your lease sooner then the actual term date. I set up an appointment to come in a week later. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Manager Chris Paranzino and Salesperson Elvis Kocan. I told both gentleman I didn't want to spend a lot of time, I knew exactly what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. I was going from an EX-L to a Touring edition Accord. In short order I was turning in a leased car and driving off the lot with a new leased car, exactly the car I wanted, all within a few short hours. Lou Piccirillo the Business Manager who's been there for years guided me through the lease. He also corrected a line item mistake that benefitted me. Jeremy Brooks was there at the end to go over all the features of the car and made sure that I felt comfortable with the operation of the car before I drove it off the lot. I've been a client of Greenwich Honda's for several years and have always been satisfied with their sales and in particular their Service Department Team headed up by Service Manager Don Pintavalle. These factors are why I continue to be a customer today and into the future. More
