On the first visit, a sales price was briefly negotiated, and verbally stated to us, as well as written down on the back of a business card of the sales rep. Fine. We then shopped around some more, and revisited to test drive the car about 2 weeks later. Even though I had a specific appointment, we were kept waiting quite a long time. When we gave the car a more close look-over, we noticed bumper damage which wasn't previously disclosed to us. Upon re-entering negotiations on the purchase price, the sales manager refused to accept the previous offer made to us, and in addition, was demanding we pay to have the bumper fixed! He was rude, and genuinely seemed disinterested in selling the car at all. The sales rep however was very courteous. It reminded me of "good cop - bad cop". Perhaps this Honda dealership keeps this in the listed inventory in order to lure buyers in? More

He immediately remembered us and made my wife and I feel like family. He assigned is Jordan as a sale rep, who treated us wonderfully. Easy to deal with, no games, and a price that undercut both westchester dealers! And we literally drove away with a new car in 2 hours! Easiest and most pleasant car buying experience we’ve ever had. If you could call it customer service I have to update my review of this place because they have been nothing but a headache. From not registering my brothers car and having a suspended re I have to update my review of this place because they have been nothing but a headache. From not registering my brothers car and having a suspended registration because of it, to then them stating I never paid a 1500 balance on the car while i have my receipts for it. I would never recommend this place on my worst enemy. Then Cheryl from accounting at option 4 calling and stating i owe money for EZ pass because while my unregistered car had their plate for a month I had to go to work so EZ PASS NY could not read my tag but got the plate. So i told her if my car was properly registered in accordance with the law this would not be an issue. So she decided (ON A RECORDED CALL) to tell me how irresponsible i am and how i knew i didnt have my ez pass up to read and how broke i am supposedly. To where i told her figure out your issues with that payment between Jordan Davis and Chris P but dont call my phone ever again. More

I don't have to deal with getting rid of my old vehicle or registering the new one. I had told them we had a 1:00 appointment that we had to get to and, I have to say, I was there with much time to spare. I can't say enough good things about this dealership.
