Even after a small snag with the original vehicle's condition, they reassured me they would rectify it and the next day, as promised, they had a brand new vehicle brought in for me to take home. It seems as this staff is a tight knit team who all work towards a common goal of ensuring that the customer walks away with exactly what they want. I appreciate all the effort and time they put into my experience. BTW: Shout out to Louis in the financial office who explains everything in a way that makes you understand every single last aspect of your transaction. More

I couldn't decide between the civic and the cr-v. personally I really wanted an suv but gas mileage was my biggest concern because I would be driving it everyday. They broke it down for me and I chose the 2018 civic. Honda always has reliable cars but it always comes down to the salesman to ensure that your getting a good car which Don and Chris did for me. I got my car a couple a days ago and it has been the best experience to finally have my own car. Can't wait to take it road trips in them because its so comfortable. More

I know Chris for 18 years and have never found a harder and more dedicated working guy than him. You have to be the best to become a General Sales Manager and Chris is the best. He always makes himself available to answer any of my questions. In fact, this is the fourth car I bought from him. I follow Chris wherever he goes because he is very straight to the point and plays no games. It is what it is. There are no hidden fees with him and that is what I like! With Chris, it is not the typical car buying experience you may imagine. Before I bought my first Honda from him, I was leery about dealing with car salesman. That changed completely when I bought my car from Chris. Chris is truly a regular guy from the neighborhood. Do not go here I have been a Honda customer for 12 years. Never have I been treated the way this dealership treated me. They said one number and then presented anoth I have been a Honda customer for 12 years. Never have I been treated the way this dealership treated me. They said one number and then presented another with the contract and proceeded to back track their words and tried to justify. There whole, "we will take care of you" approach is really they will take care of themselves and their pockets. They gives sales men a bad rep. I will not be going back there ever again. More
