The disquiet is founded on prior experience: except for a Saturn dealership in 2002 almost on every other visit I've felt a pressure to buy and not necessarily the car I came in looking for. Not so here! My wife and I came to look at a CR-V which we were considering along side two other similar cars. Tatiana Gama, the sale consultant, gave us the information we wanted, but asked us some very pertinent questions the answers to which led her to suggest a Honda model we hadn't heard about: the HR-V. She showed it to us, took us on a test drive, worked up some number and, before you knew it, we were out of the dealership, very satisfied in our brand new Aegean Blue HR-V. Tatiana didn't try to talk us out or into anything, she just did what any salesperson should do: she got us to fall in love with the car all on our own by guiding us to the right vehicle based on our needs and wants. More
