Awful Service I used to have my regular oil changes at the Greenwich Honda service center. I discovered that they broke my key. I do not have a clue how that could I used to have my regular oil changes at the Greenwich Honda service center. I discovered that they broke my key. I do not have a clue how that could have happened. One of the service workers must have used unnecessary excessive force that caused my car key to be destroyed. When I told them about the situation, they directed me to the service manager. The service manager was completely useless and did not want to take any responsibly for the fact that one of his employees destroyed my car key. He said that he can help find a place to cut me a new key but I would have to pay for it. Greenwich Honda destroyed my car key but would not take any personal accountability for their unnecessarily damage to my property. Honestly, it was appalling to hear they lack of respect they had my property. More
