So I spoke to the finance manager and she convinced me to go in, she stated I would get approved despite my credit score being poor. I walked in and drove off with my vehicle the same day. She is a very nice and outgoing person, accomodated me in any way she could. I would highly reccomend someone who is seeking cars to go to Greenwich and speak to Raquel Diamon, she makes it work. Awful Service I used to have my regular oil changes at the Greenwich Honda service center. I discovered that they broke my key. I do not have a clue how that could I used to have my regular oil changes at the Greenwich Honda service center. I discovered that they broke my key. I do not have a clue how that could have happened. One of the service workers must have used unnecessary excessive force that caused my car key to be destroyed. When I told them about the situation, they directed me to the service manager. The service manager was completely useless and did not want to take any responsibly for the fact that one of his employees destroyed my car key. He said that he can help find a place to cut me a new key but I would have to pay for it. Greenwich Honda destroyed my car key but would not take any personal accountability for their unnecessarily damage to my property. Honestly, it was appalling to hear they lack of respect they had my property. More

My family forgot some things in the car we traded in, and so we called and told Chris we would come by and grab it on another day. Instead, saying that he lived close by, he dropped it off for us! Joe helped me with the test drive and after 5 hours, I came out of the dealership with my brand new car. The Costco price quote helps a lot in avoiding unnecessary haggling.
