Overall Happy I went here to look at a used 2011 Honda Pilot with very low miles in very good condition (which I ended up purchasing). This is a super busy dealership with high quality, low mileage used vehicles. The salespeople I worked with were professional and courteous. Alberto Rodriguez (Team Leader) accompanied me on a lengthy test drive, which I appreciated, because it allowed me to get comfortable with the vehicle and really listen to it and inspect it closely. Alberto also knew a ton about the various design updates through the generations of the Pilot, which was helpful in making my decision. If you go here with intent to purchase, make sure you do your research beforehand and come with the questions you want answered. The buying process will be speedy and efficient. I tried negotiating with Chris Paranzino (Sales Manager) but was was not able to gain much ground, however in the end he did offer a concession, which I really appreciated. This dealership does high volume and are not in much of a position to come down on price. Chris runs a tight ship. Jordan David also helped out with showing me the vehicle and answering some questions, and he was professional and helpful as well. Lou Piccirillo handled the paperwork and was able to answer some pointed questions about the limited warranty, as well as some questions about registration and the closing process. Finally, I have to thank the General Manager Scott Jordan for providing a spare key for the vehicle - this really concluded my experience on a most positive note. Scott arranged for me to come to the service center and it took them only about 30 minutes to cut and program a key, something I really needed with the vehicle. So thank you Scott, and thanks to the Service techs as well. I'll be taking my Pilot across country on an extended adventure and I'm happy with how things worked out. More

Tatiana Gama had the vehicles ready to test drive and answered every question we had regarding each one. She was also very courteous and professional. I have known the GSM, Chris Paranzino, for many years and he provided us with a very attractive lease offer on the CR-V and we were out of the door with her new car in less than an hour. Lou Piccirillo also handled all the financing paperwork in a very quick, yet professional manner as well.
