From start to finish they went over every detail and model and helped me decided which would best suit my needs. They were more then fair on pricing and accommodating in so many ways. When the car wasn’t available yet on the pickup day during the time I had a babysitter they happily drove it to my house and went through each detail with me so I knew how to use the car. I usually find dealers a bit pushy and aggressive, but it was nice to find that he focused on giving me the correct information, and never hurried me up or pushed me to act fast. It took more than a month for me to choose my model and trim, and involved several visits, and her patiently answered my questions each time. In the end, the color and trim I wanted was not available, so he made it a point to call me ahead of the appointment, and all me about my alternative preferences. He made sure the car I wanted was available at the scheduled appointment. On the whole, it was a very comfortable experience for me, making the decision, and finalizing the purchase. More
