It was the last days of my lease and did not have a lot time in the day to focus on getting a new vehicle. I came to the dealership and asked to speak to the sales manager. Chris Paranzino listened very carefully to my needs and purchased my old vehicle (which was above mileage) right on the spot. He then assigned one of his best sales person, Jordan David, to guide me into the selection and transition of my new car. The experience was very professional, quick and stress free. Jordan even drove upstate to a sister dealership to pick up the exact vehicle I wanted since they didn’t have the color in their inventory. The next day, I just had to come and pick up my new car. Everything was ready for me. I want to thank the whole Greenwich Honda Team. You went above and beyond my expectation! More

Pleasantly Surprised I admit I may be a difficult customer because I do lots of homework on the car and the price I want. I shop around aggressively. When I spoke on the phone to one of the sales managers at Greenwich Honda, he told me he wasn't going to let me drive past his dealership to a competitor for a few hundred dollars in price differential. I visited the dealership and Alberto Rodriguez helped me as my sales contact. He was personable, helpful and knowledgeable. As we dug deeper into the numbers, I met sales manager Chris Paranzino. Chris, like Alberto, was patient and professional and worked to put together a sale that both sides could find agreeable. These guys realized I had done my research and didn't waste my time when I visited the dealership. It was great to work with people who didn't make the process painful. More
