This is what all dealerships should practice in and take notes from Greenwich Honda. Living in NY i could have easily went to a more local Dealership but i'm glad i chose this one. From the entrance to the lobby area the whole team greets you not just with respect but on a personal level. With myself not having a great credit score they were able to do magic and provide myself and family with a great vehicle. And Tatiana actually delivered it to my residence in the rain at night. Don"t bother ! Contacted them online via pop up chat 4 times with some questions but never got back to me. Emailed them with the questions and received a response stating "happy to answer" etc but when I asked if they were going to answer the questions they said wrong department. They finally called me & I asked why no response to chat & emails they said those do not work do not use them . Why have them if they don't work ??? Now they keep calling me to "fix" the problem. WHAT A "GREAT" RESPONSE" Put some thought into it next time.. More
