Excellent Service I was having issues with my Bluetooth and tried for days to get it resolved on my own. I called and spoke to Nikki and she patiently tried to explain I was having issues with my Bluetooth and tried for days to get it resolved on my own. I called and spoke to Nikki and she patiently tried to explain to me how to fix it. Since I was still having issues she kindly told me to come in and she would get it to work. As soon as I arrived she greeted me and came outside to my car. She was so patient and helpful. She could answer all my questions and got my Bluetooth to work within minutes. I was in a bit of a pickle, having totaled my car and needing a new one before my renta I paid a visit to Greenwich Honda on Saturday early afternoon. I was in a bit of a pickle, having totaled my car and needing a new one before my rental was due back. I initially met with their sales associate George, he was able to find exactly what I wanted and needed in almost little to no time. Their hospitality was outstanding, and getting me the best deal possible was priority. The general manager Chris, was also kind enough to introduce himself and guarantee my experience was nothing but a great one. I was able to leave with the car I wanted, at the rate I needed only a few hours after walking through the door! I am beyond happy with my brand new, very pretty, 2018 Civic EX!
