I did put a deposit on a vehicle telling them I will be checking with one or two more to hear what they have to offer. Christian Sanchez at Greenwich Honda spoke to me on the phone and explained they aren’t as large as some of the other dealers, but that they offer a personal touch. I met with him and explained that telling him the price that other dealers had quoted would only start a price war and that he should make his best offer. Best offer by far and vehicle was purchased on the spot! Paper work went smoothly and in two days I was in my vehicle. Nikki Marconi sat with me in my new vehicle and helped in so many ways including understanding the many features. She said feel free to come by at anytime if there is something that requires more explanation. All of my concerns were handled with the most professional and committed staff one can ask for. I’d recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I wil be back! More

He was very honest and worked with me ALL day when I came in looking for the 2018 Honda Accord. I told him my current situation with School, work and credit. Despite that I was kinda asking for the impossible, I left that same day with a brand new car. With a great price. Besides Christian working all day with me, Lou Piccirillo did as well. I never seen that much generosity, flexibility and dedication to satisfy a customer. They both worked at least 10 hours straight on my application and pricing for the car to make sure I'd be driving my new car off the Honda parking lot. Hands down the BEST experience I've ever had with a dealership. I will be coming back here as soon as my lease is up and also to refer all my friends, because I know that the will be in good hands. I walked into Greenwich Honda on Thursday, January 10th and was greeted at the door & immediately felt right at home. The Sales Associate who helped me was Tatiana. She did an OUTSTANDING job from start to finish and I left the dealership last night with my brand new 2018 Honda CRV. Needless to say that I am thoroughly satisfied customer and that I highly recommend this dealer. GREAT JOB GREENWICH HONDA!!!!!!!!! More

They were patient and let me step aside to speak with my husband privately. I could have walked out that day with no car and come back later. Chris and George were a pleasure to work with and we plan on coming back to them in a few years to talk about options for my husband. We also met with the head of their finance, Lou! Lou was great at walking me through my questions about the payments and also went through the add ons I should consider. Everyone I met with at Greenwich Honda was friendly and helpful. It was a great experience buying my first car and I feel confident in saying that I wont be going anywhere else for my future purchases! More

I have a credit freeze in place, and they were very impatient with me when I worked on different methods of trying to put the credit check through. Salesman, when asked to give us personalized how-to tour of the car said, you don't need that, it's all in the book. Never gave any info at pickup either. License plates were supposed to be ready at pickup . They weren't. They should have delivered them at that point. Instead, we had to drive an hour each way to pick them up. More
