Started my year off with a new Honda thanks to Greenwich!! I just traded in my 2010 civic for a brand new 2018 Civic, and my customer service at Greenwich was great. Don is a fantastic salesman who knows his stuff and gets down to business efficiently, and goes out of his way to accommodate. Nikki did a fantastic job going over all the fancy new features that I was not used to in my old car, and she made it a fun experience. Lastly, Lou made the finance process quick and easy, and got us out and in the new car right away! Greenwich Honda is the place to go whether you're looking to trade, lease, or buy brand new! More

Lenny Canora worked above and beyond to help submit the application for the state rebate (it was the first time that he ever did one). Only cons would be that they changed the terms to 39 months from 36 months at the last minute, and that they were not familiar either with the rebate process, or even the car itself (Honda Clarify). However, I attribute the lack of familiarity to Honda training, not the dealership. Plus it was the first Clarity that they dealt with. Bottom line: I would go there again, thought that they went above and beyond, and I would recommend without reservation going to this dealership when you are ready to buy or lease. More
