I walked in to test drive a CRV and was helped by Tatiana. She is very knowledgable and explained everything I wanted to know about the vehicle before getting me into the model I wanted to drive. When we got back to the dealership and talked about leasing when we were joined by the General Sales Manager, Chris who offered a deal that was outstanding! Needless to say, I jumped on it and they both worked with me to get the deal done. Tatiana explained each aspect of the transaction and again was very patient with my questions. She gets super high marks for customer service! Tatiana then handed me off to Lou to finalize the lease details and financial arrangements. Lou was terrific and very pleasant to deal with which is very calming in what is usually the most tense part of the car buying process. Finally, Tatiana reviewed the operation of the CRV and helped me get my phone connected to the HondaLink system in the car. I had settled on getting a 2018 EX, because I wanted the Sensing features. Secretly, I wanted the audio from the EXL, because I had that in my 2004 EXL. Debbie -- you were great; really professional (and friendly); Lenny (or should I say, "Elvis" -- your photos)-- thanks for the "compare and contrast" between the 2017 and the 2018; Nikki -- thanks for the GREAT tutorial of the controls and features at the very end. It was a WOW -- especially with the navigation (just like my Garmin!) and the Apple Play. Now I can disable my iPhone's new "do not disturb while driving" feature. You're a terrific teacher. AND: I want to thank my wife Karen for driving me to the dealership (from Rockland County) and waiting all day with me until the sale was finalized.
