Failed Again! This was my second visit to Greenwich Honda and my experience was worse than the last time. (last time experience with sales was ok but had to deal This was my second visit to Greenwich Honda and my experience was worse than the last time. (last time experience with sales was ok but had to deal with rude finance manager) I was interested in trade in of my old crv which I purchased from this dealership. I called them and scheduled an appointment , When I arrived at the dealership with my friend nobody was interested to help us out. When I asked a sales man for help , he asked if I am interested in the ongoing promotion otherwise I will be wasting his time. Wow! I know you may be busy but maintaining customer relation is what you do for living right?. After sometime the sales person who talked me over phone , came greeted me and I never saw him again. There was another salesperson who was courteous enough to let me do a test ride of the vehicle I was interested in, but showed no interest in helping us with purchase. I am not sure how this dealership gets so many positive reviews but I will never recommend this to a friend due to their arrogant attitude. More

Absolutely Amazing experience!!! I leased my first car from PJ last year. I got into a bad accident and it was totaled - I went back to PJ For a new lease. Within one hour, he had me in a brand new car - he even upgraded me to the better model of the civic - with virtually no Downpayment, and my monthly payments in the same price range. This is the second time I've signed a lease with PJ - it is always a quick, easy process. PJ went out of his way to make sure I got into the car I wanted, and he fit it in my budget!
