Mr. PJ Singh and Jerome Austin My wife and I visited Greenwich Honda to purchase the CR-V, EX, AWD, 2015 on 11/23/2014. Prior to our visit, Brian O'Connor (Internet Director) and I My wife and I visited Greenwich Honda to purchase the CR-V, EX, AWD, 2015 on 11/23/2014. Prior to our visit, Brian O'Connor (Internet Director) and I had already exchanged the info & somewhat negotiated the target price over the phone/internet. Consequently, we planned to put down the deposit and finalize the transaction. based on our conversation. We were greeted by Mr. PJ Singh with a smile and warm handshake.. We sat down and agreed to a Trade-In Price (Honda Civic 2006, LX), and final price after negotiating additional "options" at no cost to us., which I really had to work hard to get... But, I know, dealers would never agree to a business deal unless there is money for them. So, overall, I think it was a fair transaction for both parties. The general manager, Jerome Austin, is a quintessential professional. He exudes confidence and presence. Jerome played a key role in negotiating the price with additional options and it was a pleasure to have him on the board. Both PJ Singh and Jerome were a fantastic team and they made it happen for us. Mr. PJ Singh is a straight shooter who speaks his mind with a genuine "heart". PJ's traits are a bit rare in the sales area but I loved his honesty throughout our negotiation process. Initially, PJ and I had a "minor conflict" but after spending three days with him, I can truly say, PJ is the man I will go back, to buy another car for my kids in the future. He is knowledgeable about the car and is very receptive in dealing with a customer. He needs a "little" bit more active listening skills which would make him the "best" sales person in my book... My wife and I had a wonderful experience interacting with this man and we would recommend PJ Singh with absolutely no hesitation. Mr. Lou Piccirillo, who is a business manager, was methodical and business as usual when finalizing our contract with no mishap.
