The manager and other staff are also very helpful. My family and I love our Honda CRV. Consumer Reports gives it high ratings for reliability, safety, cost and customer satisfaction. I test drove a Nissan, Subaru, and Toyota at other lots, and the Honda had the most interior room and attractive interior. My nephew drives a Civic with 400,000+ miles on it, so I know this car will last and hold resale value. Buying a 2011 certified pre-owned is practically like getting a new car for a big savings. It is thoroughly checked, serviced, guaranteed and gets new tires...a very smart way to go. The New Honda's are all very nice too. All in all, I felt the most comfortable at Greenwich Honda and had a great experience and purchase. I would, and have been, recommending Donald Martin and this dealership to everyone. More

A positive car sales experience I contacted Janice Lederman at Greenwich Honda through my wife who met Janice at a Connecticut Home Show the previous weekend. When I came for my appo I contacted Janice Lederman at Greenwich Honda through my wife who met Janice at a Connecticut Home Show the previous weekend. When I came for my appointment on Friday she was not only polite and attentive she actually had written down what I indicated I was looking for. Within less than a half an hour I had the car and the price I was looking for. When I indicated that as a courtesy to an upstate Honda Dealer I had been dealing with for years I would call and make sure he had not located the car for me, Janice and her sales manager both said fine no pressure I could use their phone to call him if I wanted to. As I expected his response to me was that if they had the car then I should take it. During the whole process she was professional and helpful. I guess when you have a good product it's much easier to not try and pressure customers. I would wholeheartedly recommend Janice and Greenwich Honda to anyone I know. Even with the additional complication of having another family member who lived in a different state purchase the car outright, Mr. Regan knew exactly which forms to process to complete this transaction. He answered all questions and fully explained the steps and costs involved in the transfer of ownership. Sales staff participated in obtaining the proper insurance documentation before we left the dealership, and the new license plates arrived within the time period that Mr. Regan had specified.
