Tried to overcharge for unneeded service. Took 2011 Pilot in because VSA and Emissions light came on and service department tried to say the rings were "shot" because of the heat in AZ. We paid for the diagnostics and took to a local automotive shop and they did a compression test and tested the spark plugs. They replaced the spark plugs and what Honda at Superstition Springs was going to charge $3500 for the shop did for $713.00. Make sure you get a second opinion if it just doesn't seem right! Guess maybe the mechanic was trying to make his year end quota! Too bad too, because we have taken the car there before and have been satisfied with the service and the work. More

When doubling back?, checking with Costco, several dealers had been dropped by Cosrco due to passing incorrect facts. FINALLY. Meeting with the Honda group, they were true to Costco's discounts, including auto insurance. The Manager, Costco rep, Sales agent answered questions clearly, allowed us to leave and double check our resources without guilt. My daughter and I arrived again the next day to close the deal . She found a car that she loves, I strongly recommend this Honda group. You will leave knowing you were heard and Honda's agents took your concerns seriously and backed up what was said and promised.
