DEALING WITH RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER LIKE PROFESSIONALS! SOME CUSTOMERS ARE RIDICULOUS! This time I am that customer and everyone at Honda of Superstition stepped up. No matter how small the item I made it a SOME CUSTOMERS ARE RIDICULOUS! This time I am that customer and everyone at Honda of Superstition stepped up. No matter how small the item I made it a big deal and felt valued at each complaint. I have been shopping for a couple of months and final came down to the Accord and Camry. Which hands down the Accord felt more updated versus an out dated Camry. Not to mention, the sales staff at Honda where so much more professional. There was no high pressure sales going on and we felt like they valued our business. I do not want to go through all of the small things I complained about but will tell you there was no hesitation to make it right. My salesman was Mike Lacey, sales manager who also reached out was David Hernandez and in service I worked with Rollis. If this team could put up with my constant back and forth as well as dropping off the vehicle and having to get a rental. I also complained about getting a rental versus a courtesy vehicle and my go to service rep Joseph Hurtado explained the new vehicles used for courtesy vehicles were being returned damages such as rims being scraped by curbs, door dings and additional damages but did not confirm this was why they discontinued the courtesy vehicles. He offered to get the service manager to confirm exactly why I had to get a rental but I declined because that made sense enough. All I know is I live closer to San Tan Honda and for some reason Honda of Superstition has always won my business since 2008. This is our 5th Honda. Sales and service have always treated us as valued customers but again, as reviews go, I still shop their business each time and they continue to step up! Thank you Honda of Superstition! More

Lifesaver!! Went to Honda for a service part I had ordered and ended up with a flat tire in the parking lot without the correct key to detach it. After explaining the situation to several different Honda employees, Fred Haydock was the only individual willing to lend a helping hand. He went out of his way to call someone to help out, and ultimately led us to a nearby auto store with exactly what we needed. I literally spent 3 weeks trying to get a paint anomaly fixed on the panel just under my drivers side door at the other dealership because it was closer to my house. They wouldn't even call me back and I actually to time off work to meet the collision Mgr and he never showed. phone called not answered. The total Ghost, Wow how professional of Autonation Honda of Chandler. I took my car to a 2:30 appt and Tommy was literally waiting outside for me and it was hot!. After some lively discussion he called me within 10 minutes, told me to have the car there at 7am. I was first in line and Tommy again came out literally took my car into the shop and told me to just wait a few minutes. 15 minutes later he brought the car out fixed. He told me they were just waiting for me to get there so they could swap the panel. OMG it was like a pit stop and no arguments, like the other place. Tommy did a great job and has my business from now on. Thats what I call Customer service. He knew I was upset and he made it right. More
