First car brand new Everything was great Second car was slightly used only 8000 on it was made promises for certain things like a trunk liner and fixing a long scratch. Never happened. Never could get a call back. Just let it go as a fluc. My car was almost paid off and I was in a accident that was not my fault. They said we'll get you in a car today and wait for payout. So they come pick me up and I buy 2018 Accord. I noticed the brakes were not right on the test drive they said brake dust we cleaned them. The brakes are still not right. They said we'll fix the small cracks in the windshield hasn't happened. There was no owners manual in the car and it has alot of things that I need to learn. I've called three times already and nothing not even a call back. I bought a used car for almost 30.000 thousand dollars and I can't even get a call back wow really. Just not right at all. More

Mike Lacy was a great salesman. We had some circumstances that delayed us getting the brand new CRV we wanted but he made sure they held it for us until we could finalize the deal. We decided to purchase our leased vehicle. After leasing decided to remove the Honda Care (add on) and were credited the amount (which was added to be paid upon the pay off of the lease). The GM Chris Cott decided to remove the Honda Care (add on) and were credited the amount (which was added to be paid upon the pay off of the lease). The GM Chris Cottongim did not paid the entire lease because he used our credited monies to go towards the lease pay off. Dishonest, once we realized this he said he'd cut us a check but the leasing company will not issue a title because the lease was not PIF! What a nightmare! Beware - experience with finance was deceiving and we will NEVER return due to the lies, talking in circles, just a bunch of liars who smile and can talk a muck of crap making you feel horrible to be had, duped, mislead, lied to and we want to warn to please be on guard.
