I wrote a 5 star review 2/2012 and have always gone back to Superstition Honda but after today, NEVER AGAIN. As I was not able to make a decision today based on the trade in value today of my daughters used to Superstition Honda but after today, NEVER AGAIN. As I was not able to make a decision today based on the trade in value today of my daughters used car and the payments for a longer period than anticipated I told the finance manger I would like to get back with him and he had the nerve to pretty much throw papers at me and tell me "Thanks for wasting my time!" as he huffed off. UNPROFESSIONAL and arrogant! High pressure and, I will not recommend this dealership any longer. After purchasing 6 vehicles, I feel they have lost their customer service and although they may have earned by business in the past, they have changed their business ethics, so buyer, BEWARE! More
I had a 2011 Chevy Camaro that I wanted to trade in because it was time to get something a little more practical. I went to Power Chevrolet because that is where I bought the Camaro. I wanted an Equino because it was time to get something a little more practical. I went to Power Chevrolet because that is where I bought the Camaro. I wanted an Equinox because I have had on in the past and loved it. I am from Michigan and come from a family of retired GM employees and I have always bought GM products. When I talked to the dealer they were very unhelpful and would not give me nearly what my Camaro was worth. They wanted to give me $4000 less than what the KBB trade in value was even though it was in immaculate condition. When it came down to the Equinox they would only come down $1000 from the sticker price and that is with My GM family discount. Needless to say I left without a new vehicle. Back in Dec my girlfriend leased a new Civic from Superstition Honda and we had a great experience so I decided to go look at the new CR-V. We went and talked to the same salesman that we used for the Civic because we had such a good experience with him last time. (Kenny). He was very helpful and did not pressure us at all. They gave much more for my Camaro than Chevy offered and gave us a great deal on the CR-V. When it came time to deal with the finances we sat down with Andy. He explained everything to us very clearly and even gave us some helpful financial advice for the future. Overall we had a fantastic experience and we will defiantly be going back to Superstition Honda for our future vehicles and when you go I highly recommend that you ask for Kenny and Andy. More

My wife and I went to Honda of Superstition Springs to look at a used Toyota we found on-line. The staff was friendly and professional. My wife literally fears dealing with car salesmen/women, and she was . She was pleasantly surprised at what she found: a professional salesman, very knowledgeable, pleasant demeanor, and not pushy. The car-buying experience was very good. We were able to get a very fair price and considered the whole experience a very good one. We would go there again for a car. More
So, I have been bringing both cars of my family, a Honda Pilot of my parents and my Civic to this dealer for service over 2 years already; Alonso and Tom have been great and went the extra mile to exceed ev Pilot of my parents and my Civic to this dealer for service over 2 years already; Alonso and Tom have been great and went the extra mile to exceed every expectation from us (my family). They make us feel important and they are very nice from the beginning to the end. Sometimes, I used my credit card to make the payment and sometimes, I used my dad card to pay since he works late shift and the service center closes at 18:00 MST. I never ran into any issue before until today. I was using my dad card to pay for the service together with the authorization (allow me to use my dad card to pay at Superstition Springs Honda) form that was filled out; and Mr. Greg Adams would not agree for me to do so at first; so I had to call my dad who is at work and speak somewhat English to come out and spoke to him so that Mr. Adams here know that I was allowed to use my dad card. I meant: it was 17:50 MST already and my day began at 05:30, I worked and went to school and this. Ultimately, I would recommend this dealer; but if you are about to make any payment or do any service at this dealer, get ready with your proof of ownership when Mr. Adams comes and talks to you. The staff is friendly, nice and liking to joke. More

Having decided to trade my wifes 2004 Hyundai Elantra for a newer vehicle, we opted to spend an evening test driving several small hatchbacks, including the Ford Fiesta, Mazda 2, Nissan Versa and the Honda F a newer vehicle, we opted to spend an evening test driving several small hatchbacks, including the Ford Fiesta, Mazda 2, Nissan Versa and the Honda Fit. Being closest to home, we started at Superstition Honda, which was also recommended by Costco, with whom I had inquired under their Vehicle Purchase program. We didn't actually make it to Ford, Mazda or Nissan after my wife fell in love with the Fit. This wasn't planned by any means, but we happened to arrive the day that the 2013 Honda Fits were first delivered to the dealer. So David was kind enough to show us one that was still covered in its protective wrapping in the Midnight Plum color. At that point my wife & I were both sold on that as the vehicle we wanted. Even tho they still had plenty of 2012's on the Lot, David was happy to sell us the 2013 model. Being that we had used the Costco Purchase program, there was no haggling on price - the price was already fantastic. David also offered us a very competitive trade in value, not much lower than we had considered selling for privately for our Hyundai, so we opted to trade it for the Honda. We signed all of the paperwork on the Friday evening and were also pleasantly surprised that Costco had negotiated pricing on the Extended Service plan, which we also opted to purchase. As it was by now almost 10pm on a Friday evening after we signed the papers, we had to return the next morning to pick up the car - as it was still covered in the protective shipping film from dealer delivery. The next morning we dropped off the Hyundai and after a bit of a delay we drove home our 2013 Honda Fit Sport, which my wife & I both enjoy driving a lot. After 4 months and almost 3,000 miles - we have yet needed to return for service, but when that time comes - we will certainly be testing Honda of Superstition Springs service department and hope to receive the same great service we did from David. On Honda of Superstition Springs webpage it advertises that they will accept all local Honda Coupons. I printed off the below coupon. The service advisor wasn’t sure they would accept. She spoke with the manager (Greg Adams) and he stated no. I then asked to speak with him. Mr. Adams was cold and not accommodating by the least bit. He stated that the coupon stated only valid at Showcase Honda. I said but your website states you will match all coupons. He said we will not accept this one. I then asked so your website is misleading and he simply nodded his head. I then told him I would not ever bring my car here again. Mr. Adams stated nothing. I have owned my Honda Civic for 4 years and have never received such maltreatment at a Honda Dealership! I feel that Mr. Adams should have offered something in order to keep my Honda busines More
