This review details my experience with purchasing a 2012 Honda Pilot Ex-L from Honda of Superstition Springs. I found the vehicle I was interested in via their web site. I had done some research and knew Honda Pilot Ex-L from Honda of Superstition Springs. I found the vehicle I was interested in via their web site. I had done some research and knew what I wanted to pay for the vehicle. I inquired about the Pilot through their web site and received a prompt reply. The price quoted in the return email met my expectations, so I sent another email asking them to provide me with an out-the-door price detailing the purchase price, fees, taxes, etc. They did and so I told them I would be in that evening to purchase the vehicle. When I arrived, my wife and I were greeted warmly, shown the vehicle we intended to purchase and then walked through the process of buying the SUV. Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous, helpful, and most importantly, honest. There were no surprises. All of the figures we had agreed upon earlier in the day via email were the same when we arrived to make the purchase -- no bait and switch games. My sales reps (Mike and Paul) were spectacular (Mike for his work in making sure all of the details of our email conversation were met and Paul for his helpful, laid-back manner and excellent knowledge of the vehicle and its features/options). Paul gave us a great orientation to our new Pilot. Our finance rep was also very professional and made the tedious work of signing all of the documents actually enjoyable. He didn't push unwanted warranties or dealer-offered programs. He simply asked if we were interested and when we declined, he moved on. Thank you to everyone at Honda of Superstition Springs who made our experience purchasing our first Pilot one of the best car buying experiences of our lives. I will be sure to recommend Honda of Superstition Springs to anyone I know who's interested in purchasing a new vehicle -- and I'll be sure to see you next time my wife and I are in need of a new Honda. Courteous, friendly, and helpful are three words that describe our experience at Honda S in Mesa. Though the focus of our new car search was at the end of the 2011 season, we still were fortunate to fin describe our experience at Honda S in Mesa. Though the focus of our new car search was at the end of the 2011 season, we still were fortunate to find a great Accord that's within our price range. The sales rep who worked with us moved along the path toward ownership in a no pressure approach, and we believe we got a good deal, both for us and the dealership. We shop around and got educated in our shopping. We put out on the web what car we where interested in. I received many replies and it took 3 weeks to go thru and figure out what made sense. Koushi replie out on the web what car we where interested in. I received many replies and it took 3 weeks to go thru and figure out what made sense. Koushi replied in a very friendly way in fact 7 times and I was not turned off bye this because it was friendly. With my information I asked for a specific car and there best deal and mentioned we were ready to buy and please give us the bottom line.....and they did. Dan Ngo replied and his deal made sence and we drove 45 min to make the deal. This is a car for my daughter and she witnessed all the shopping and the negotiations for 3 weeks and did not enjoy some of the experience. She left Honda of superstition springs satisfied and happy, overall an enjoyable experience. Thank you The Webby Family More

I was interested in a Honda Pilot, so on 7/21/11 I visited the web site of Superstition Springs Honda and saw many Pilot's and picked out one with a Nav package. I requested a quote and Dan Ogn respo visited the web site of Superstition Springs Honda and saw many Pilot's and picked out one with a Nav package. I requested a quote and Dan Ogn responded with a quote of 33,417. I was not sure I wanted this particular car. I had previosly met an Internet Manager from SSHonda at a service station and he gave me his card. My wife and I went to Visit SSHonda at about noon and ask for the guy on the card. They said he had left the company and got me another Internet Manager (James Haas). He seemed friendly and with apperantly no knowledge that I had received a quote on his internet. (First mistake by me) I then let him show me a Honda Pilot. He then showed me an Oddesy. We drove both but liked the feel of the Pilot. I then told him I had looked on line at a Black Pilot with NAV. The one we had just driven was a Dark Grey with no options. He talked me out of the NAV system and pointed me back at the No option model. I assumed the price would also be lower for this model. He then started telling me about all of the additions and costs associated with them. He then asked for the keys to my 2000 Ford Windstar to evaluate for trade in. Up to this point he never mentioned the Cash sale price of the new Pilot. He then ran a credit check on me. after about 4 hours he asked if we were interested in the car and we said yes. He then took us to Mehdi Solymanpour to go over all the costs and bottem line. We initialed and signed everything he presented. Still no mention of Cash sale price. We were so beat at this time when he asked for 3,000 down and gave us our trade in amount. He then calculated the payments still no cash sale price. At this time I needed time to go over all of this but thought I could go home exercise the buyers remorse law the next day after I reviewed everything. We sighed and drove the car home. The next morning I went over the paperwork and descovered that the Cash sale price section on the form was blank and we did not sign that block at all. After running all the numbers I was so unhappy with the whole Process. I tried to call James Haas and was told he was out of the office for the day. I tried to call Mehdi Solymanpour and he was out of the office for the day. I then took all my papers and went to SSHonda. I met with Dan Ogn and he told me the deal was made and their was no remorse law. He realized that I felt like I had been raped in this deal and was very unhappy. He offered me a few concessions to appease me but I was unhappy and asked to talk to the General Manager Chris Zamora. He didn't believe I was not told the cash sale price of the car and said I made the deal and I asked him to cancell the contract, He said no but agreed to give me a few accesories for the car. At this time I took the accesories which ammounted to about $500.00. The cash sale price of the car I estimated from the paper was about $36,000. This same vehicle was being quoted on the internet for $28,320 The sticker price on the car was $34,775. I have never been treated so bad. I have considered getting a lawyer and contacting 3 on your side but am still hoping that we can come to some sort of settlement on this mess. I would not feel safe having my car serviced at SSHonda after all this. More
