For sure would buy here again. Bought some extras from the parts guys on the way out, those guys were great too. More
I bought an HRV LX 2026 here, and it's terrible that the car always has an apple carplay error. I went to repair and the condition is still not better. I told Enzzo, who sold the car to me, if there was any car always has an apple carplay error. I went to repair and the condition is still not better. I told Enzzo, who sold the car to me, if there was any way to have an option to replace me, I didn't know. It's too bad that I bought the car here. Hope that everyone or the customer service department will contact me to solve this problem . So bad More

Matt Feldmiller, Gil Schiffer, Zack Diaz, Mohamed Abdelaziz, all were amazing to deal with, they really listened to what I was looking for and I truly felt it was a collaborative process in the purchase of a Honda HRV for my daughter. We came in couple of months ago on a Saturday, and Zack remembered me (us). That is next level customer engagement, they get thousands of “lookers” No dealership is perfect, but the service they delivered to me was as close to perfect as humanly possible. I highly recommend them, and will save myself time for future purchases and go just to them. More
I brought my 2003 Honda S2000 with only 60,000 miles to Honda of Tomball a few weeks ago for a shifter rebuild, transmission fluid service, and a full diagnostic inspection. I specifically chose a Honda de Honda of Tomball a few weeks ago for a shifter rebuild, transmission fluid service, and a full diagnostic inspection. I specifically chose a Honda dealership because I believed my car would receive OEM-quality work from experienced technicians. Since many S2000 parts are discontinued, I personally purchased and supplied a complete OEM shifter rebuild kit that cost me around $200. I was then charged $656.55 in labor alone for the rebuild. Although the final bill ended up being higher than originally quoted, I accepted it because I trusted the dealership and expected quality work. Shortly after getting the car back, the shifter began feeling worse than before. I eventually brought the car to a trusted mechanic who specializes in Honda S2000s, and what he found was shocking. He told me this was one of the worst attempted shifter rebuilds he had personally seen. According to the inspection: * Several OEM replacement parts that I supplied were never installed. * The original pivot shifting ball was never removed or replaced, causing unnecessary wear and damage. * The old contaminated grease — filled with dirt and debris from over 20 years of driving — was never cleaned out. Instead, new grease was simply added on top of the old grease. * The work appeared rushed and incomplete. On top of that, I specifically requested a diagnostic inspection to identify anything preventing the transmission from operating properly. I was told the “master mechanic” completed the inspection, yet they somehow failed to identify that the car was shifting poorly because the clutch master/slave cylinder was leaking and failing — a very basic issue that any competent inspection should have caught. Because of the negligence and poor workmanship from this service department, I am now facing over $2,000 in additional repairs to correct problems that should have been properly handled the first time. I genuinely thought bringing my S2000 to an official Honda dealership was the safest and smartest choice. Instead, I lost time, money, and confidence in the quality of work being performed. I would strongly recommend other S2000 owners and enthusiasts think carefully before trusting this dealership’s service department with their vehicle. More

As a woman, dealerships can be intimidating, especially service. Every time I bring my cars in for service (my household has purchased multiple vehicles in the past several years all from this dealer), the service. Every time I bring my cars in for service (my household has purchased multiple vehicles in the past several years all from this dealer), they have thoroughly explained all of my options and prices. Never once have I EVER felt pressured into purchasing something that I wasn’t prepared for. The work is always completed quickly and I have never had an issue with any of the work they have done. I just drop it off and pick it up when it is done. Easy peasy. The owner, Lenny Gonzalez, greats me like an old friend every time he sees me and I have dealt with multiple staff members in service from the people working the drive through all the way up to the service director (first Mike and now Phil). Never once has anyone been anything other than friendly, understanding and respectful. I’ve even had them handle repairs for me with the body shop they use and the work was top notch. Need an oil change? Tint? Body work? Heck, even an engine? This is hands down the place to go. More
Took my 9 month old 2025 Pilot in for an oil change and the porter wrecked my car. They downplayed it at every turn. After much back and forth about getting it fixed back to factory specs, we finally agree the porter wrecked my car. They downplayed it at every turn. After much back and forth about getting it fixed back to factory specs, we finally agreed to let them fix it. They said it would not show up on carfax because they had a “back door “ way to fix it and it wouldn’t be reported. They sent it to a body shop they use called A1 that we were told was going to do excellent, I believe Picasso was even mentioned by Phil the service manager, work. It came back with bondo, and the plastic trim not sitting properly, it’s lifting off and you can see white stuff which I’m guessing is bondo. The body lines are not the same and some mystery paint damage on the bumper that wasn’t there previously. We were told by Lenny, the general manager that it was an acceptable repair and that they had no obligation to do anything further. He also told us that they were not required to report damages to carfax. I just went and picked up the car because I feel like there is nothing I can do but I think people should know that this dealership is very shady. Phil, the service manager and Lenny, the general manager never contacted us again or truly tried to make this right. Now we are left with a ruined car that’s not even a year old and they act like it’s no big deal. More

I called in about my granddaughters Honda Civic, AutoZone had diagnosed it as needing an new alternator. I called Honda Service dept., spoke with Garrett about replacing the alternator and cost. He asked more questions about what was wrong as the car was not running and he stated he was 95% sure it was NOT the alternator and just needed an new battery!! He suggested if we could not make it to Tomball Honda to try the closest Honda dealership (WOW!! didn't push his service center) for a true diagnoses!! Later that day we had the car properly diagnosed and YES, it just needed a new battery!! My granddaugher who is college student had a 90% savings in cost!! Can not say enough about the SERVICE Dept. and GARRETT DRYDEN and his honesty!! He did the right thing in putting the customer FIRST!! A rare find!!! Hats off to you!! More
