I live in LA but found myself in need of help with my Accord in Tomball. Ronnie was amazing from start to finish - I was greeted in less than 60 seconds after pulling up (I loved that no appointment is Accord in Tomball. Ronnie was amazing from start to finish - I was greeted in less than 60 seconds after pulling up (I loved that no appointment is necessary), he called quickly to tell me what was wrong, he did not push but mentioned several other services that were overdue (and BECAUSE he was not pushy, I agreed to have the done!), he gave me an estimate that was actually slightly higher than what I ended up paying, and the work was completed VERY quickly! My car drives like it did when I first bought it, despite having 70k miles on it now! I not only recommend Honda of Tomball for repairs, I will return when I need service again. They even offered me a loaner car -- my dealer in Baton Rouge does not do that! Thanks Honda of Tomball and specifically Ronnie in Service! More
