Love not needing an appointment. Service reps pleasant and put forth professional appearance. Been there several times and find that I am “encouraged” to get services that are not due yet. Prices are higher than several places I check but I want Honda parts and getting coupons for discounts helps. just wish there was no “recommended” services when there really is no need for them based on previous services, operation of the vehicle and all recommended services are done on schedule of the Honda maintenance book and vehicle service lights.
