Service was awesome. Phil my service contact kept me appraised multiple times of the status of my truck. My Honda Truck which is 4 years old but with only 32,000 miles had an emissions light come on. Honda of Tomball team quickly diagnosed the problem (on a Sunday) to an injector. Initially the dealer stated that this was not covered either under 5 year power train or 8 year emissions warranties. After doing some research, I found that this was a common problem for my model year and even had a recall for slightly different circumstances. I discussed with Honda of Tomball team as well as Honda of America and within a few days they came up with a plan to fix my vehicle. Even provided me a loaner for the day. Thanks for working with me. I have been using Honda of Tomball for both service and car purchases since they opened. I could not be more pleased! The dealership has a large selection of vehicles and their prices are both fair and e car purchases since they opened. I could not be more pleased! She is very easy to work with and does not use high pressure sales tactics! She also follows up after the sale to be sure the customer is satisfied! The service department at Honda of Tomball is truly exceptional! Their extended hours are a big help to me! I have been working with service consultant Matt Graves. He absolutely goes above and beyond to be sure top notch service is completed on my vehicle in a timely manner. I am able to count on him for whatever I need done with my Honda. I really love my CRV, and the outstanding and friendly assistance I receive from both the sales and service department made Honda of Tomball a definite and easy choice when I recently was shopping for a new vehicle. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. I went for an oil change and a tire rotation. AVOID this location! They lure customers with low prices, but at the time of purchase, they give you a paper to sign called WINDSHIELD PROTECTION PRODUCT GUARANTY. This paper states the promised sale price a but at the time of purchase, they give you a paper to sign called WINDSHIELD PROTECTION PRODUCT GUARANTY. This paper states the promised sale price and the product price(product being the windshield coverage). But in the MOTOR VEHICLE BUYER'S ORDER, you do not see this product as an additional charge. There you see the total price: your promised price plus windshield coverage price. Don't get fooled by another paper you sign with the salesperson at the time of arrival to the dealership where the promised price is listed as out of door price and the salesperson makes sure that this is the price you will pay. My windshield coverage cost me $2050. Basically, the out of the door price of the vehicle magically became higher by that amount. The interesting part is that you can not cancel this "so-called" product.
