Service was awesome. Phil my service contact kept me appraised multiple times of the status of my truck. He sent a video from the mechanic to me saying everything locked good but there was a little wear appraised multiple times of the status of my truck. My Honda Truck which is 4 years old but with only 32,000 miles had an emissions light come on. Honda of Tomball team quickly diagnosed the problem (on a Sunday) to an injector. Initially the dealer stated t miles had an emissions light come on. Honda of Tomball team quickly diagnosed the problem (on a Sunday) to an injector. Initially the dealer stated that this was not covered either under 5 year power train or 8 year emissions warranties. After doing some research, I found that this was a common problem for my model year and even had a recall for slightly different circumstances. I discussed with Honda of Tomball team as well as Honda of America and within a few days they came up with a plan to fix my vehicle. Even provided me a loaner for the day. Thanks for working with me.
