Service writer, Ray Kindstrom, waited on me within a minute of my arrival at the dealership. I gave an ok, and within the timeframe quoted, the job was done. Ray gave me the warranty info and then after paying for the repairs, I left, satisfied that I made the right decision to bring my out-of-warranty vehicle in to Honda of Tomball.
