Person I initially dealt with told me that Honda would replace my torque converter, (TC) which is under an extended warranty to remedy the shattering noise I described. Then I was told that a problem with replace my torque converter, (TC) which is under an extended warranty to remedy the shattering noise I described. Then I was told that a problem with the (TC) has to be indicated under test to be replaced. Well, no one heard a noise while test driving. No one ever does. But, I've already heard it numerous times in the past few days. I want the noise resolved before the extended warranty expires. Supposedly, they made a note of the noise in the system so there won't be a problem down the road. Promises made, promises kept? Only time will tell. More
