I was glad to be able to schedule the appointment for the next day! Not too happy about the 3 hour wait but since the waiting area is comfortable it wasn’t so bad. Had check ima system warning and then several other warnings came in. When I scheduled the appointment they said there was a recall that they could repair at no charge to me. After I dropped it off I g warnings came in. When I scheduled the appointment they said there was a recall that they could repair at no charge to me. After I dropped it off I got a call that the transmission needed replacement. I said I knew about that issue but needed ima problem looked at. He also said the ac compressor was failing. Said it would be over 10k to fix. The car has 240k miles and not worth the repair. I asked what I could get on a trade in since my son wanted a new car and I was trying to talk him into a Honda. The repair tech said someone would call with an offer. No one called for 3 days so I called back. After 2 more days someone finally called and said they would give $500 for my car. I knew parts were worth more. Scrap value is $500. So I just picked it up. They charged me $310 for a print out of fault codes. No other help. They charged the company $537 to repair the recall on a car they thought was worth $500. Very disappointing. My son will be buying elsewhere More
The service person when I arrived at Honda was not nice and told me it would be two weeks. Then went and repaired my car with out letting me know the cost of repair.
