I called for an appointment, and the person that I spoke to mentioned that my apple car play might need an upgrade . I was informed after a technician looked at my car that there aren’t any updates availabl to mentioned that my apple car play might need an upgrade . I have had issues with apple car play for a very long time ! I would like to also to mention that I paid about $3000.00 more for extra care on my car ! Am not very happy with Honda right now. Have been considering, purchasing another Honda in the future , not so sure about that right now ☹️ More

Went in for an oil change and was told that I needed an alignment. After alignment was done the car pulled to the right and I had to take it back. I had to return car for service after hearing a noise and feeling wobbling after my tire rotation. They gave me options, no pressure, and rotated my tires back to the original position for free. They didn’t check the water light is showing I was promised car clean . They vacuum the front two seats and left behind with out cleaning Chris was polite , helpful and professional.
