I brought my car in for a free maintenance check after having the car for 4 1/2 months because the dealership called me. The service department didn't seem to even know I had an appointment. Then, he chec having the car for 4 1/2 months because the dealership called me. The service department didn't seem to even know I had an appointment. Then, he checked my oil life and said I didn't need an oil change yet and was anything wrong with the car. I said I need wiper blades and that one green cap was missing on my car tire since I purchased it and I wanted one. He said he didn't have the green cap and didn't seem to want to do the free maintenance check but did it because I asked for it. An hour later, he said it was done but they didn't have the wiper blades. I'm not sure that they even looked over my car. More

my wife was supposed to go on a shuttle and no one said anything to her and I had to call the service department many times and finally when the shuttle was available there was a couple that expressed that anything to her and I had to call the service department many times and finally when the shuttle was available there was a couple that expressed that they wanted to go alone in the car which made my wife feel uncomfortable and not treated well. there was another lady that jumped i. their to take my wife. also i was told that i needed to get a bunch of work done that was confirmed by my mechanic that was not necessary which affirms my distrust with dealerships.
