I’ve been a customer for more than 5 yrs & that ends today. Your service department needs an attitude adjustment. It’s been going downhill for a while but what I just experienced over the weekend takes today. Your service department needs an attitude adjustment. It’s been going downhill for a while but what I just experienced over the weekend takes the cake. I came in for a new tire & have a tire warranty I purchased when I first bought my car. Tom had the nerve to tell me “ I’ve been getting a lot of tires lately.” Mind you last time I was there was a year ago. I have low profile tires & live in NJ… you do the math. Was told my car would be ready by 3-4pm. Only to be called at 3pm & told that my warranty expired & I had to pay out of pocket. Asked how when I had 2 years left only to be told they don’t know & that it’s expired. After calling the warranty company I come to find out it’s not expired & there was a miscommunication. Call back & get everything established & get a new tire. As I was picking my car up, Tom had the nerve to tell me that next time I need a tire I need to call my warranty company & get everything situated before coming in. I didn’t realize I needed to do his job. Checked my tires before I left & they looked okay. Only to come home & check them again to realize the tire they gave me was NOT new & was made in a different country from my other tires. Then as I’m checking my other tires there’s a huge chunk of my tire missing that they did not see somehow?!?Only reason I didn’t see it before I left the dealership was because the way my car was parked it was on the bottom on the ground. Called parts the next day to confirm they had another tire which they did. Arrived on Sat for an appointment to have Tom give me a dirty look because I was back again. Explained the situation & asked why they didn’t see it because how could you miss it & he told me because I only said it was the one tire. Regardless of me saying it was just one tire they still should have checked all of them. Plus you literally couldn’t miss it! He proceeded to have an attitude with me & stated there was nothing that could be done because my warranty company was closed today. Mind you they’ve done it in the past & all they had to do was file a claim for when they were open. He spoke to his manager & then proceeded to go with him in another room away from me just to come out & say they won’t have a tire available until Tue. Which is hilarious to me because I called & spoke to parts & they confirmed they had a tire available that day. I informed them of this information just for them to continue saying they won’t have one until Tue. So I left & took my business elsewhere. Clearly you guys were trying to take advantage of me and you deliberately tried to sabotage me. Just know you lost me permanently as your customer and I went to another Honda dealership and they were 10/10. More

Way too many emails and I was called and told my car had a recall so I scheduled an oil change and then was told there was no recall after I brought the car in. Felt like I was lied to to bring my car in so a recall so I scheduled an oil change and then was told there was no recall after I brought the car in. Felt like I was lied to to bring my car in so I could be talked into over $1700 of services. I know service departments get bad wraps for living to people but when I get actual proof of a lie it’s very disappointing. More
