He didn’t give me a promised date of when my car would be ready, which I like. Instead, he gave me follow up calls to keep me updated on what’s going on with my car and estimated process timeframe. If Tom wasn’t able to reach out to me, he made sure whoever was covering for him reached me. He’s good to work with and would definitely recommend working with him. More
