I wont get into an email or review war of back and forth dialog. every time I respond, I never ever get a response from any one in the dealership. There were issues when I purchased the vehicle and I have had to figure them out myself. Like no owners manual, no direction as to the syncing of phones, etc., but that is another issue I brought the CRV in for service and was told it would take a couple of hours. I decided to wait. About 3 hours later I was told the vehicle needed all the fluids changed since they were dirty. After another 2-3 hours and a totally wasted day spent in the waiting area of Toms river Honda service area, I drove home about $700 poorer. My name is Bill Coy Cell # 732-690-1838 email - billcoy1957@gmail.com I will be out of the country for the next 3 weeks as we eave for vacation on Saturday, April 20th, tomorrow... but I am sure like everything else with Toms River Honda, I will get no response.
