1) After oil/file change I was advised of suggested additional work needed. Wheel rotation at no cost and full injector service at 159.99. I agreed to additional work but I was charged for wheel rota additional work needed. Wheel rotation at no cost and full injector service at 159.99. I agreed to additional work but I was charged for wheel rotation that was advised as no cost. 2) Service took 40 min longer than quoted with no update that it would take longer. 3) After service my car was parked directly next to curb/island filled with snow and ice. I had to dangerously climb over the ice to get in the car because it was so close to the curb/island that i could not walk on the clean pavement to get in the car. When trying to get in the car I could only open the drivers door 1/2 way because it was parked so close to the snow/ice pile. The technician that parked my car had to have known how hard it would be to get in the car and the risk of a customer slipping on the snow/ice pile and injuring themselves. More

Frank the salesman was excellent. However Tony Ortiz the finance manager could have been a little nicer. Offered tire warranty for $10 then went down to $5 but would not throw it in the deal.
