Service today was for oil change and normal maintenance, tire rotation. Service dept didn’t do any “up sell” on anything, even told me tire rotation I mentioned wasn’t necessary after checking tread depth. tire rotation. I respect the quality of service, and the honesty of the advisors! My only concern is Covid related. Every employee wore a mask at all times, one customer did not, and multiple employees walked past her, nobody asked her to pull it up from her neck to her face. I know, touchy customer relation problem, but many notices were posted on entry doors, and inside, that masks were required. I approached her after 1/2 an hour and asked her to wear her mask, didn’t make any difference. Staff should have made a gentle request for her to do so. More
