I took my car in for an oil change . I was very happy with the check in and check out process with Mr. S Womack. I had a few questions unrelated to the oil change and he answered my questions and went a with the check in and check out process with Mr. S Womack. I had a few questions unrelated to the oil change and he answered my questions and went a step further to make sure I understood by having me show him how my window and auto start worked on my remote. That's what I call Great customer service. More

The only thing I don’t like is you can stand there for 10 minutes and no one acknowledges your even there. All employees are busy on their computers. The first couple of times I got service I found a few of the service techs to be rude, unfriendly, and zero smiles. Until I meet Steven, this is now my second or third to having him service my vehicle and h the service techs to be rude, unfriendly, and zero smiles.
