I bought in the vehicle for an oil change and they had a problem with the alarm. They disconnected the horn. When I called back to find out what had happened no one seem to know. They had to call the techni problem with the alarm. They disconnected the horn. When I called back to find out what had happened no one seem to know. They had to call the technician who was unavailable on the date I wanted to come back and have my horn reattached. Then someone called me and gave me directions over the phone. Those also did not work. Now I have to arrange another date to bring the car in and have my horn reconnected to my alarm. More

Battery kept draining and car would not start. Used Honda’s roadside assistance twice and that was a great experience. They jumped stated it and I drove to dealer. Normally, I have always had a positive experience while having my car serviced. Unfortunately, this time, I had to wait 4 hours for my car. There was an unforeseen issue with the computer system and my wor having my car serviced. Unfortunately, this time, I had to wait 4 hours for my car. There was an unforeseen issue with the computer system and my work had to be delayed. I understand these things happen and my advisor, Marcel was extremely apologetic during the ordeal. At one point, he told me that my car was 10 minutes from completion. Only to be told almost an hour later, about the delay. Again, I understand that sometimes these issues occur. It was just frustrating to sit there for such a long time. More
