Deceitful, crooked, lied about extra fees, charged for things not done and not requested or wanted such as etching, Charged for services not performed such as loan application processing, car trading fees things not done and not requested or wanted such as etching, Charged for services not performed such as loan application processing, car trading fees, refused to negotiate on conveyance fees stating they were not negotiable but the invoice clearly stated they were.. stated that if I wanted car I had to pay for things I did not want.. This is not an honest dealer.. Now that car is bought general manager will not return my call to address the problems. This is not a reputable dealership who is fraudulent and should be avoided in my view. More
