To all my friends and family that I’ve contacted on Facebook Marketplace, I am no longer buying cars for HoneyCar Tampa. From the time I started on 1/29/24 I contacted no less than 300 people using Facebook Marketplace, I am no longer buying cars for HoneyCar Tampa. From the time I started on 1/29/24 I contacted no less than 300 people using my personal Facebook account to purchase their vehicles on Marketplace. Several of you have contacted me stating the balance on your payoff has not been paid, are missing documents with signatures and or have still not received a refund for CASH overpayments made in store. If you are reading this and any of these apply to YOU(my customers/ Friends and Family.) Please contact the store directly and ask for Francesca, she is about the only respectable person in the entire building, and it’s your best attempt at solving these issues. Alternatively you can contact the Virginia store locations or their parent company Steve Automotive and ask for John Owns (director of acquisition) for the quickest resolution. I told him it wasn't in my budget and I'd rather not get something that I won't be able to pay. He must get kick backs for selling the warranties. More
