He had already memorized the available inventory, and he asked excellent qualifying questions reqarding my use and need for my next car. The process of elmination happened smoothy and systematically. I negotiated hard, and the dealer was very respectful of my position. I was spoiled by the personalize effort, and test drove 6 different CTS models. I came looking for a Used CTS, but with a few well spoken words, I saw the value of owning a new CTS. My purchase was smooth, friendly, and truly an excellent Buying experience. The General Manager came in to close the deal, and his style, respect, humor and positive attitude made it seem easy for me to say yes. I feel welcome at the dealer ship, and have had excellent service performed in the Service Department. Will is awesome. The finance office did a great job explaining the paperwork, and he worked promptly, professional, and friendly., I came back and purchased the extended service contract, I was introduce to many employees as a new client, and now part the Honolulu Family, I feel welcomed whenever I bring my car in, and every one has treated me extremely well. Upon taking delivery of my new CTS, I was shown all around the outside and inside and taught what every button and latch was for. They adjusted my mirror, even set up my favorite stations on my radio. They filled the car with gas, provided floor mats, and gave some really good time saving tips about the car. The vehicle was brilliantly clean and spotless. More

service very bad on oct 3, 2015 i went to this dealer, was very interested in purchasing a new Cadillac ATS, upon arrival i started to walk around the lot looking fo on oct 3, 2015 i went to this dealer, was very interested in purchasing a new Cadillac ATS, upon arrival i started to walk around the lot looking for my dream new car, one i noticed that all the vehicles were very dirty , some where open and some locked, walked around the lot for at least 30 minutes, with never being approached by anyone. A lady that worked there walked right pass me not even saying a single word. So i walked into the showroom and seen a guy sitting at a desk, walked pass and he never said a word, so i told myself im out of here, guess they dont want to sell any vehicles. When i walked out and on my way to my vehicle the guy that was in the showroom came after me asking if he could help me, i said no thanks, i guess i will go some place else and different make/model. Very bad customer service. I really was ready to buy a ATS, but got so turned off, sure didnt expect that from a CADILLAC DEALERSHIP... More

Efficient & friendly. I have a problem with a sound in my steering column. I asked about this when I had my car serviced. I was informed that GMC is aware of the problem, I have a problem with a sound in my steering column. I asked about this when I had my car serviced. I was informed that GMC is aware of the problem, but has been unable to provide a solution. I was told by the service provider at Honolulu Buick GMC Cadillac that they will get back to me about the problem when GMC notifies them of the solution. I was also informed that I will have no problem with steering and it is perfectly all right to continue to drive with this sound. I'm hoping that a solution will be found soon. More
