Lame claim they had to trouble shoot not having 'low beams'....all were checked before going to dealer! First claimed BOTH headlights burned out! We called xxxxxxxx! They called back and said bad relay. More

Original call of as : front seat moves forward when braking or back when accelerating…they said next available date about a month in future. I asked….going to order a new seat assembly? No…. They would order it AFTER the tech troubleshoots it….apptment 10am ….on time….but told dealing with a backlog…maybe late afternoon…or next day! Okay but next day they say sorry… seat assemble does need replacing… and 2009 parts not available!!! So we said can do safety check …and charged $291 to replace $15 headlight relay ….that was working already!

I have a small oil drip that was acknowledged by you guys some months ago. We never scheduled the repair as the service department was so busy. Like i said it took 3 months to schedule an oil change. Can we schedule this repair before it gets worse?
