Even when I take my car in for a simple oil change they have done The folks at the dealership have always been honest about their work on my vehicle. Even when I take my car in for a simple oil change they have done thorough checks elsewhere on the vehicle to identify faults that could make it unsafe or unreliable. In my case, the mechanic identified an oil leak that he believed to be caused by earlier work they performed at the dealership. They scheduled me for a follow-up appointment and took care of the leak at no extra charge. I respect their integrity in this situation. I feel they could have just as easily dismissed the leak and just changed my oil or identified the leak and claimed that it was due to normal wear and out of warranty forcing me to pay out of pocket. I appreciate their honesty to take ownership of their past service work and friendliness each time I visit. Thank you! More
