Other service person I told first said that there was no way the service guys could fit in a diagnostics for the window problem. Then Mike came back and I told him and he went right back out to check with the service guys. Well guess what? They were able to fix the window and I was out 30 min earlier than estimated! I was not able to sit in the area with the couches, tv and refreshments while I waited for my car to be serviced because it was too full with people. More
