We apologize for the confusion, please let us explain. Clients that come-in for our express services usually wait in our lounge while we perform the oil change, most often times in 20 minutes. When a client leaves their vehicle for service we work in the service during our daily schedules so that it is completed by the end of the day. In the future, if you would like your oil change completed by a certain time please kindly advise your service advisor so that we can meet your expectations. Thank you for your business.

So because I cannot sit there because I had work you get to my car whenever you can? I sign up for an appointment for a reason and expect my car to be serviced in a timely manner from that appointment time. 7+ hours is not acceptable regardless of people coming in for express services.
