Oil light on service The person who checked me in was efficient and very helpful. We discussed not only the required oil change, but also an intermittent issue. The intermittent issue was looked for, but the cause could not be found. However, I was told what was checked and was suggested to write down when it happens and under what conditions. This would help in diagnosing the issue. After the service completed and the things on the service schedule were checked, everything was thoroughly explained to me. Throughout my time there, I waited while the car was being serviced, the person came a let me know what was being done and after completion of the service thoroughly explained everything. He was always very polite and professional. More
