3 recent visits: B15-050 SB, B2 Service, Punctured Tire Many dash indicators lit up. Car restricted to top speed of 50MPH. I suspected service bulletin B15-050. Hopkins Acura took me right away, gave me a l Many dash indicators lit up. Car restricted to top speed of 50MPH. I suspected service bulletin B15-050. Hopkins Acura took me right away, gave me a loaner and fixed it within 24 hours. Not sure how they got the parts so fast but they swore they rushed the parts and made the fix. No problems since. B2 maintainence was a bit pricey but I loved that the air filters change was optional. $160 was too much considering I bought and changed both filters for $44 and under 5 minutes without even getting dirty. The fact that that was an ala carte option makes me trust them more. PSI in 1 tire was 10 pounds lower than the rest. I called in while driving towards dealership and they squeezed me in right away. They immediately found puncture. Charged $45 to fix and wash. While $45 is a little pricey, their service, speed, convenience & complimentary car wash made it well worth it. More
