Replace battery . All the lights were flashing on the car , It was towed into dealer. They quickly contacted me and would diagnose in the morning. They phoned . Brakes Bought a cpo RDX from another dealer but Hopkins is closer to where we live. Noticed right away that the brakes were squeaking very loudly so brought Bought a cpo RDX from another dealer but Hopkins is closer to where we live. Noticed right away that the brakes were squeaking very loudly so brought it in to Hopkins to check. Mark in the service department said brakes are not covered under warranty but still did a courtesy check for us in case the brakes are of the model that Acura had issued a bulletin to replace. It wasn’t, but Mark went ahead and serviced the front rotors for us as a courtesy. Haven’t noticed the squeaking noise in the few days that have passed so hopefully it was just that. Overall great experience with Mark and will come back for future repairs. More

The service department is a well oiled machine! Noah oversaw the team of staff and got me in and out even while waiting in the comfortable lounge for not a very long time. Excellent service by Mark the manager. The scheduled service was at 7 am and we were greeted by Mark to expedite the checkin process.
